This is a known issue in ArcFM Mobile.
When you run Replication Client, you receive an error similar to the following:
Message: LIBRSYNC: Error in xecuting Command <C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ArcFMGDBReplicationService\bin\rdiff.exe> with args < delta "\\GasReplica\ServerBase\gas_replica\Extract_2014-09-19-07-15-47\Gas.gdb.sig\a0000002d.gdbtable.sig" "\\GasReplica\ServerBase\gas_replica\Extract_2014-09-22-07-15-47\Gas.gdb\a0000002d.gdbtable" "\\GasReplica\ServerBase\gas_replica\Extract_2014-09-19-07-15-47\2014-09-22-07-15-47.delta\a0000002d.gdbtable.delta">
Additionally, you may also get a "System.Web.HttpException: request timed out" error. In the Event Viewer, you will see an event similar to the following:
Miner.MobileSync.WebService.Global
Message: Error during processing of request: URL = /ArcFMGDBReplication/GDBReplicationWebService.asmx
Thread: 3 AppDomain: /LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT/ArcFMGDBReplication-1-130565630814543958

If you are experience the symptoms listed above, increase the Web Service Timeout on your Replication Web server. See Configure Geodatabase Replica for more information.
